can someone post me what a workout would look like using this system.
i have looked for articles but im confused by the dynamic days and speed days. how often would you do them a week or with how much weight? Age:17 Height: 5'11" weight: 205 goal: 215

I tried it for a couple of weeks and it just wasn't my cup of tea. However, I did incorporate some of the ideas this program puts forth. I really like doing box squats, floor presses, board presses and I occasionally inorporate Dynamic Effort days into my workouts. Also, I plan on using the accomadating resistances in the near future i.e., bands and chains. I'm definitely not an expert but this seems like a solid program that many see good results from and anyway it's just interesting to see how some of the strongest guys on the planet get the job done.
