The first thing i think of in the morning is getting to the gym, i wake up and i am like damn.. those pumps felt good yesterday on my chest and back its time to work my arms and abs... while im at school sometimes i dose off and i get new ideas for nutrition plans and i doze off to what routine ill do next... before i go to bed i do my ab and bicep routine just to stay on top of my game... sometimes i wake up at 5 a.m to make it to the gym before school starts then go to school from 8 - 2 and then work 4 -12..
