Dear users,
I have recently started useing a new body building plan and have also started useing new supplements as well. The plan I am useing is BFS (Bigger, Faster, Stronger) a plan that focuses on low reps high weight for bulk muscle. The main goal from this is to lose fat and gain muscle to have a better body apperance. I am useing three suplements with this plan: CytoSport: Muscle Milk as my primary protein shake, I use this immediatly when I wake up and immediatly after workout. AMP Amplified Creatine 189 I am useing as a performance enhancer, I use this 30 mins before work out (give it time to kick in) and about 15 minutes after workout. As a multi-vitamin I am useing GNC: Mega Men Sport I use this every morning. I have currently been doing this plan for two weeks. Immediatly I noticed that when I was lifting I was naturally haveing more ease with my normal lifts due to creatine. After THREE days I started noticing physical apperance results. I noticed that I was loseing fat and was geting more muscle definition. After two weeks I had gained 3 lbs of solid muscle and lost over 2 lbs of fat. Due to my results I felt they were worth sharing because of what I achieved in a short time span. Hey..I use GNC multi and like it.
Creatine takes a weeke (I believe) to saturate the system, 3 days would not be enough. Great that you are seing changes. Stick with it now that you have attained this, think what you will gain after a year. Keep up the good work.
