Default hgh supps

Im new to the site and to trying to gain more weight and strength. Im 5'7 140 and could never gain weight. Ive started going to gym and haven't seen many results. I was wondering if anyone has tried the hgh supps? I know there are many forms and all of the adds make them seem like they are the best stuff ever. Are they worth it? Or do they work?

The only stuff that is legit is real injectable hgh and you need to run it for a minimum of 6 months to see results. Thats an investment of several thousand dollars and really is for people who's life is bodybuilding. Not really for the recreational user and certainly not someone whos got lots of weight to gain naturally like yourself. You shouldnt even be considering gear until you put another 40lbs on naturally. If youre not gaining, youre not eating enough and or not training properly.

And hgh (by itself) isn't a mass gainer at all. Still, Mitch, you gotta love a 140lber that CANNOT GAIN WEIGHT. The only way someone at that size can't gain weight is if they don't have access to food or their mouth is sewn shut.

lol

I'd like to spend a week with someone who claims they can't gain lbs. I've heard people say this but I think they just eat like birds
