Umm mostly physical, but mental b/c I'm sleeping better and I think I'm digesting better which in turns provides more energy.

Default Day 6-12 update

Update. Also included on 1st page.

Day 6-12
Been a while for my update but things haven't changed significantly. Still doing my thing, drinking A LOT of water. It seems to have toned down a little bit, but for some reason, I still feel like something is there, in the way. I am considering taking an additional 1-2 pills in the evening and see what that does. Being that there is nothing in the product but natural items, I don't think I can overdose. I may be regretting it in the morning though! Wouldn't mind hearing what you all think?

I'm beginning to think of how I can reintroduce healthy bacteria to my body as I'm sure I've lost quite a bit of that during this process. I'm probably going to continue until I run out of pills (which I think will be about 1-2 more weeks) unless I all of a sudden feel magically perfect.

That's what I thought, Live Culture yogurt. Should I wait to introduce this stuff when I'm done with my pills or should I start now?

My thought is if I start right now, it'll probably not stick with me anyways.

that bacteria is already there, you just need to make the "leaves" grow. At least start eating an assload of broccoli (full pieces).

Default Days 13-14 & Days after completion

Days 13-14

I doubled up on my night dosage to 4 pills total. Didn't change anything. Actually, I noticed I didn't have to go as much. Verdict, I think I'm cleared up. I haven't lost anymore weight than I did in the first few days nor anymore inches around my waste. Feel like I have more energy and oddly enough, I'm sleeping a lot better. I'm giving the sleeping better to clearing out my system with these pills as I didn't change anything except that.

It's good timing to come off these pills b/c I will be doing a lot more traveling soon due to my move. Can't be trying to drive 20 hours having to emergency sh!t every 15-60 minutes.

Days after completion

The last few days have been amazing! I'm sh!ting normally, don't feel bloated, not clogged up. Even weirder, I haven't been working out nor eating perfectly (not to say I'm eating bad but it hasn't been perfect either) and I lost about another 1.5lbs and .25 off my waist. It's nice to have a working digestive system! Stopped by the store to pick up some pro biotics and live culture yogurt to help reintroduce/grow some healthy bacteria in my tract again.

Verdict
I'm happy with my purchase. I still have some left over that I plan on using about 1 weekend a month until I run out.

Results were about 3.5lbs weight lost (1lbs after I stopped taking the pills), 1.5" off my waist, more energy, better sleep, less bloating, and satisfaction. Not sure what caused my problem as I had been eating really good, but whatever it was is out of my system.

I haven't used other products to compare it too though, so I can't say that this is the best stuff out there, but I would purchase again.

Will pick some up this weekend.
Thanks for the review, it is right on time as I was starting to look into this kind of process myself.

Default smooth move

a few years ago I was bloated for a while and experienced bad digestion.
A week of 3 cups of smooth move a day solved my problems.
Much less expensive.

Hey PhiSig,

Mimic my 3-6c of spinach per day, along with supplemental fiber and this will never be a problem again...

Goodnight.

On top of the raw spinach/broc, I'm also eating a little mixture everyday. I call it my IT (Intestinal Track) Cure: 6 oz of plain Activia (or other priobiotic yogurt), 1 scoop PC40, and 30g fiber one cereal. It's sooo good! And it takes care of any sweet tooth I have. I haven't been sh!ting this regular in a while, even when I was on a fairly raw diet.

Haha yeah. I posted it in my workout log. I've been down here since Saturday. Love it so far. The weather is beautiful, the people are really nice. I'm still getting settled in though but absolutely no complaints Thanks for asking!
