Thumbs down Optimum 2:1:1 Recovery?

Anyone tried this yet for post workout? Looks like a simple way to get your whey and carbs in one or at least mix half with Optimum 100% whey. I've been taking Pro-NOS, but I don't like all the fat and calories since weight loss is half of what I am looking for, but I've read you need simple carbs to go with your protein after a workout.

You don't necessarily need them but it helps. I wouldn't really worry that much about it, it seems like a bit more expensive than say an orange juice with whey which would be fine. It's up to you, it's not going to be miraculous but it's your dime.
