Stemulite is a scam. I've tried it with a friend for a full month. We saw no significant difference in size or endurance. We both already workout specific muscle groups during our workout sessions, as Stemulite insists you do. Still nothing noticeable.
The only true thing about the product is that it does help with sleep. This is because the Stemulite Night pills contain melatonin. However if your looking to just find something to help with sleep you can easily but melatonin or tryptophan pills; which can be purchased for about $2.
If you are still interested in trying out the product. Split a 60day package with a friend, if they still do that, because it is cheaper and because its good to see how different people are affected by the same supplement. My advice though, don't was the time
