Default Nitrix
i was giving a bottle of BSN's Nitrix, and i was basically wondering if i should even use it or not. I am about to be 17 and have already been working out a year. i am taking ON 100% whey after workouts, and thats it for supplements. I have decent diet that i stick to. I also read an article for teen body building that teens from 16-19 can and are recommended to take creatine and NO boosters like Nitrix. So yeah just need some feed back

Stick w/ the protein for now. Creatine has mixed reviews and for someone your age, it probably won't be worth the expense. If you need more protein, add some BCAA's to your diet...
