Question Why when you are using NO2 yo need drink more water ? i now taking carnitine and NO2

Why when you are using NO2 yo need drink more water ? i now taking carnitine and NO2 and crome picolinate , and i have a little headache,

That rubbish is loaded with caffeine (a diuretic) and the NO, taurine & all the other toxic crap is better not even being ingested.

The caffeine will explain the need to go to the toilet often & combined with the NO will explain the headaches.

Do yourself a favor & have a break from the stuff.
