freshlytainted has a spectacular aura about
Default Hmb

i've tried searching the forum, but no results turn up.

what do you guys think about HMB? i'm taking kre-alk and have seen some gains. would HMB further increase those gains, and would the gains by HMB be permanent?

I took HMB years ago and I can't say for sure that I saw a difference....and the price back then was pretty high!

that's the thing holding me back from getting one - it's quite expensive. and i'd rather be spending that money on whey/creatine, unless the "accelerated" gains from HMB are substantial.

If you inssist in taking a supplement I would recomend creatine every other day 5g.
