I just recently bought ON multimen, I really don't see/feel a difference when using them or not, but I'm sure thats not due to the brand. ON is a pretty reliable brand anyhow.

Just remember, a multi is a supp to a good diet. Make sure you're drinking tea, and eating your fruits & veggies.

Also, I just started taking Animal Pak.
I don't really feel anything different around the time that I take them(AM), the difference that I feel is in the afternoon where;

Without Animal Pak: I would usually start to fade and get tired.

With Animal Pak: I seem to have more energy and don't really feel tired.

I've used ON Opti-Men for years. I also drink green tea daily, so yes, I consider green tea a staple in my diet.

i was asking myself the very same question last week. did a search on google and found this article -

Vitamins: tested and rated - Today Tonight

in a nutshell, the article says that the "perfect" multivitamin would be the size of a walnut. they compared the more popular brands of multivits to the "perfect" one and rated them according to how much of the "walnut" appears in each brand.

I've copied and pasted the TOP 20 (of 100) here. The rest are in the article.

[Brand Name] [Percentage of "perfection"]
USANA Health Sciences Essentials 73.7
Solgar Omnium 56.5
Thorne Research Al's Formula 46.9
Clinicians Vitamin and Mineral Boost 45.1
NFS Nutraceuticals Ultimate Sports Multi 44.5
Thorne Research Basic Nutrients V 44.4
Thorne Research Basic Nutrients III 38.7
Solgar VM-2000 37.9
Pharmanex Lifepak 28.1
Amway NutriWay Double X 27.3
GNC LiveWell Women's Ultra Mega 26.1
Pharmanex Lifepak Women 25.6
BioCeuticals Multi Essentials 25.3
Pharmalliance OxiChel 24.8
Neways Orachel 24.1
Solgar Formula VM-75 23.1
Radiance Multi-Power 22.6
Nutra Life Active Men's Multi 22.3
GNC LiveWell Mega Men 21.2
Pharmanex Lifepak Prime 21.0

hope this helps.
