Default Glucosamine...???

I've been thinking about adding in a Glucosamine supp to my daily regimen...

I have a friend who lives on that Joint Juice stuff, but for some reason it just screams gimmick to me... maybe its because they market it as a sports drink.

Id like a liquid form with at least 1000-1500mg of both Glucosamine Sulfate and HCL.

Anyone have any suggestions on brand or where to buy?

Thanks

Glucosamine is good...

But for joints id use a combo of

Msm

And

Hyaluronic Acid

Glucosamine will take about 3 months or a lil longer for it to be absorbed and start actually working inside your system...

The above will start showing effects within a week or 2

But if you must get glucosamine

Get the combo of Glucosamine, Chondroitan, and Msm... And get a liquid., dont get pills takes too long to break down, and youll waste some, liquid is absorbed soo much faster

I reccomend aa brand Call LifeTime, or Enp, Enp makes a vegtable version for those allergic or sensitive to shell fish...

Goodluck
