Default Question about fish oil + multis

So I've finally decided to get a multivitamin and some fish oil, both from Optimum nutrition. The question I have is; is it alright to take them both at the same time? or do I need to take one then wait an hour or so and then take the other one so they don't compete for absorption or what?

Also, the I have never taken a multivitamin before and the pills are pretty big, which makes me wonder, am I supposed to take it with water and swallow the whole thing? or chew it or what. Sorry I am an idiot.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

freshlytainted has a spectacular aura about
Default just a suggestion

I highly recommend flaxseed oil to fish oil. Flaxseed has all three types of EFAs - Omega 3, 6, and 9. Fish oil usually only has two of the three, depending on the brand and type of fish. I used to take fish oil but switched over to flaxseed.

If your going to go flax, go fresh seed instead of oil. Just grind them in a coffee grinder prior to use. Way better then the oil.

I take Fish Oil Caps with my multi and a spoonful of Grinded Flax with every shake.
