On work out days...
Shake before WO
Shake After WO
Whey + milk before bed (or casein if you like spending money)

Off days
Shake in the AM
Whey + milk before bed, or casein...

Or you could scrap the shakes all together and just eat real food... whatever gets ya off.

Real food is always better imo^

only use shakes if you are in a bit of a rush or dont have time to sit down and make yourself a good bit of a meal. wouldnt hurt tho if you are a little guy and wanted to to little of both ive seen that befor couldnt hurt to much.
