Default Need to lose some FAT and gain some MUSCLE - which supplements

Hi, I`m having a difficult time here deciding which supplements to choose..
I`m 5`11 and 183lbs.. I do need to lose some weight from my waist and chest area. So I work out 4x a week. I also use ON 100% Whey.. My question is... Should I also use some fat burning pills (if yes can you recommend any) also should I use any creatine product (again if yes which one would you recommend) My goal is classic.. to get rid of the extra fat and have 6-pack..

Thanks a lot for the help

Really if your goal is to lose weight and get a 6pack you should concentrate on your clean/reduced calorie intake and cardio. Fatburners are overrated, save your money. As for creatine, you can use it if you want to but make sure you stay hydrated or it could bloat you. Regular Creatine Monohydrate is fine. Good luck.

The only time I've used fat burners in the past was to get over plateaus. I hit a few doozies but using thermogenics helped me knock down the wall.

Just go with wwe's advice. Reduce your calories to below your BMR. You're just about the same height and weight as me. Your BMR is around 1950 calories. Slowly cut down your caloric intake to 1600. Keep it clean. Roughly 40% protein, 40% complex carbs, 20% healthy fats.

Worry less about supplements and more about getting a good resistance routine and some cardio. If anything, just make sure you have a solid multi-vitamin.
