There is no physical way to turn fat into muscle, sorry, no supplement can do what the human body is not capable of.
You have to put in your work, things take time and you must bust some major as$ in the kitchen AND in the weightroom in order to accomplish what you are seeking. However, even then, the odds are stacked against you my friend. Why? Because to be as lean as you are in search of, you probably need to get back down to 185. So then to maintain that bodyfat, but yet gain another 50-60 lbs of lean muscle (since your goal is 240-250) is a far stretch even to those "CHEMICALLY ASSISTED"..(Ahem) aka Bonds, Conseco, etc...
It will take some years to do so naturally if ever at all.
ANYBODY can get to 250 lbs with over 20+ % of bodyfat, but its a different story to get to 250 lbs at under 10% bodyfat
Just get to lifting and clean up the diet, add in some cardio and you are certainly going to be heading on the right path
