Just like any supplement, thats debatable. Arginine is produced naturally by the body; however the body does not produce enough. Some will say that you can supplement simply by eating beef. As far as what it does, it increases production of growth hormone, and increased blood flow to the muscles, hence the "pump". Others argue that it releases prolactin which may decrease T levels. I supplement with Arginine and I know a lot of people that do as well. If it is effective or not I guess depends on the individual. Try it, if you see a difference, there is your answer.
