tried it this morning and did notice a little more strength in my work out.
Question ? I usually take 3g L-Arginine, 1.5g L-Orithine , 1g L-Lysine before my work outs but today I just used the Gakic Should I just use the Gakic alone ? I think it already has some sort of arginine compound in it.
