Question Supplements

I am taking cell-tech hardcore and was wondering if i need to cycle it. I have heard two diferent sides. Some say yes and others say no need to cycle. Can someone help me out here?

It's been said one of the benefits to cycling is to avoid the transport mechanism becomeing used up. Some people cycle creatine while others do not. There's been evidence presented showing creatine doesn't need to be cycled. My personal preference is to cycle creatine due to the fact that I feel a "plateau" in the creatine boost after a certain amount of time (typically at the 6 period mark if I remember correctly)

The arguement to cycle creatine is not only a moblizing issue. You need to cycle most supplements off to protect certain physiological systems, organs and etc. For instance, creatine hits your kidneys hard especially if you don't drink boatloads of water.
