Facts On Creatine It's been said one of the benefits to cycling is to avoid the transport mechanism becomeing used up. Some people cycle creatine while others do not. There's been evidence presented showing creatine doesn't need to be cycled. My personal preference is to cycle creatine due to the fact that I feel a "plateau" in the creatine boost after a certain amount of time (typically at the 6 period mark if I remember correctly)
