Default creatine on workout days or every day?

I am planning on beginning to use creatine as a part of my workout program.

I plan to work out three days per week for about an hour

My question is this: I have seen recommendations on this site for the "loading phase" of creatine . . . apparently you need to take about four servings per day during this phase, while in the second phase you should only take two servings. My question is this: should I only take creatine on the days I work out, or is this supposed to be something I take every day regardless? I was not clear on that point after reading around . . . and I don't want to either use to little and not optimize my results or use to much and do something harmful to myself.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Take creatine everyday. Keep saturated with it. On non-training days, I just take a serving (5grams) in the morning with breakfast.

On training days, I take my serving post workout.

The loading phase depends on the product your taking. I have taken some that took 1-2 weeks to get into my system and then I have taken some that have gotten into my system in a week...so it depends.

You can take it every day or just on your training days its your call. Its not going to hurt you so you dont really have to worry about that. Also there are different types of creatine...so you may have to do some experimenting to find which one works for you. You can try a bunch of brands to see which one works. I have taken quite a few and the tried and true one for me ended up being Animal Pump. Animal pump has 3 creatines and an NO in it. Best supp I have ever taken hands down.

NO-Xplode/Cellmass stack worked well for a while as well but I prefer the pump over that.

I only take it on workout days at 5-10gr. Had blood work done and everything was fine....

This is simply not true. A loading phase is completely optional regardless of what type of creatine you are using. Loading will simply get your muscles saturated quicker but you can however achieve the same results by not loading and only taking 5 grams a day and it will take about 21 days to achieve the same muscle saturation as the loading phase.

Exclamation

It would be better if you use creatine regularly!!!

Creatine supplement is naturally formed by the body in order to help your muscles to grow and preserve its health. You have to remember that this particular supplement aid in the renovation process of the muscles.
