sell it to newbs, but its not all a waste, whey is extremely helpful, and the other stuff is cool, lol, as in the fact that it has some cool additives, like green tea for your metabolism and immunity ish, the flaxseed like you said, and creatines all right.
but youre right, and we will hear it over and over and over. REAL FOOD WINS |

yep... even something like whey, it definitely helps but is by no means "necessary" it is just a supplement. it is there to supplement a diet lacking in protein. to be a quick source right after a workout. theoretically we could get that from foods and it would be cheaper. anyways, im not upset by any of it, just a bit wiser now.

Seeing that I always seem to be on a budget, My Cabinet, looks like Mother Hubbards compared to that stash. I have 4 things:
Whey Multivitamin. Creatine Mono BCAA's I cycle the Creatine because I don't think that, working at a cellular level, the gains are all that noticeable. Use it more when doing heavy lifting cycles. I use the BCAA's to help with recovery and reduce Muscle soreness. Reason I even have them at all is because of what I have read about them here and on other forums. Are these necessary? Nope, but my lifestyle does let me have the luxury of eating 'meals' all the time so supplements fill in a gap. And that is all the should do...
