Default Creatine Pills

I have had no luck with No Xplode and Cell mass and was told to try creatine pills. When should I take the pills? Before I work out, afterwards, when I wake up etc? Also should I take it on days I don’t work out and if so when?

Creatine is usually taken post workout when the body is most apt to absorb nutrients. Taking it 30 mins before you hit the gym wouldnt hurt and may give you a little something but post workout is most important.

Taking creatine on days you dont workout is important. Consuming about 5 grams a day regardless of workout schedule is important to keep your levels or creatine constant. You will get the most out of your creatine supplementation this way.

Bump...

Taking a pill over a powder won't give you any extra gain. Only if you have a hard time swallowing things that may taste like crap. I for one, with the CEE I used, liked the taste of it. The caps give you the 'same' powder, just minus the taste and the minor inconvience of mixing it.

With that said - you can take it all at one time. I took all 6-10 g's after workout. Someone people tell you to take half before, half after workout. Some tell you to take it all before or all after. Honestly it never made a difference for me and i've tried them all. Heck with mixing the crap more than once, just take the full load after workout!
