Yea so I've been lifting a 3 day split for a while now. I haven't kept up in the supplement game for almost 2 years now. I'm looking around and I feel outdated haha so please help me touch up on my supplement knowledge.
The last creatine I took was Sans V12 turbo.
With all these different type of creatines, what is the general consensus "best." I use that term loosely as everyone is different. Is the creatine of last month better than the monohydrate, trimalate, etc of past years.
What is the recommended pre-workout. Other than NO-Xplode
And yes I know, focusing on a good diet is more important. Already do.
