Hey guys, pretty new, only been working out like 6 months, have been getting amazing results.
Recently I started taking Deca Stack, and it works. Great gains etc. But...this stuff gives you the runs! Sometimes anyway, I was wondering if other pre workout sups give you this side effect, or how to avoid it? i have a long drive to my gym and having to go home because of this is frustrating to say the least. Are there other pre workouts that will give me results like this without this side effect, or is there anything I can do to avoid it? ps. the taste is TERRIBLE! This stuff does work like magic other than that though. Thanks! |

You can try eating something a little while before taking your preworkout supp. This might help your stomach out a bit. Ive found that really no matter what you do, taking supplements like NO and even whey are going to affect your stomach and bowel movements in some way. As far as taste goes, about 98% of supplements taste bad. Thats just something your going to have to face if you are going to take supplements regularly. Some may taste better than others but most taste terrible.
