Default Still use supplements If taking a break for a week?

I dont have my car for this week, so I wont be able to make it to the gym. I still run a little over a mile on the treadmill and get abs in. Should I still take 2 protein shakes (40g each) and 1 creatine drink along with my mulitivitamin? What about my diet, should it maintain? thanks!

You can cut out the whey if your getting sufficient supply of protein from your diet.

The creatine i'd still take (even if its not hte full dosage, just something to keep your muscles saturated) and yes, the multi-vitamin you should continue to take all the time.
