hey people, im somewhat new to lifting weights, right now im whey protein, and im gunna get some creatine, and possibly some l-glutamine, is there anything else i should go o nthat would give me some nice gains and possibly help me bur na bit of fat of the litle bit of gut that i do have ??? if anyone has some real good advice, send me an email at steacy91@hotmail.com, cause the othet time i made a thread i never saw it again lol, so yeah, thanks
