Default Sans V12 Fuel Injection TURBO or XTEND?

What do you guys think of San's V12 Fuel Injection TURBO? My friend got some and said he loved it! I bought some, used it twice, and it must have gotten wet because it is hard like taffy and unusable. (not hard like a rock or i'd just chip at it). I was gonna get more, but it sounds like this Xtend is better or am I comparing apples and oranges?

I really want something for pre-workout. I have gone both ways, with and without, and I work out like a beast when I have something first! Will this give me a ton of energy?

First thing in the morning, I have one serving of ON WHEY(Gold Standard) in water, a multi-vitamin, fish oil and some BCAA plls. After my workout, I take another shake in water and more BCAA pills.

A ton of energy? Probably not. A good boost though either of those products should give.

I got good energy off MRI's No2. V12 would be my recommendation, it worked well for me too.

I went to buy some V12 and the guy at Super Supplements talked me out of it. He said that, while V12 was pretty decent, that XPAND and CytoSport FAST TWITCH were better. And of those two, He recommended the CytoSport due to the Kre-Alkalyn and NitroAmp that neither of the other two have. I liked the caffeine too.

I will use the CytoSport and report my experience!

Xtend and V12 are different products. The V12 is a creatine product and the Xtend is a BCAA supplement.

Xtend will serve you better than the V12. Take it pre-workout and post workout. As for a creatine product, just take good ol' regular creatine monohydrate.

Something to take to sustain you through a workout would be to eat some oatmeal prior to training. If you want a quick energy boost, I personally like NO Xplode for some energy.( I know I will get bashed for that). But its still a great energy rush.

I won't bash ya!

If you don't mind me sucking down a RedBull during my workout!

What is the different between BCAA and creatine? Should they be used like one or the other, or use both?

BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are really there for recovery purposes. V12 is a creatine that will/should give you some kind of extra/added boost for your workouts.

Ideally you'd use both, but since the poster was looking for energy boost, I recommended the V12.

I am really liking the CytoSport FAST TWITCH. I have tons of energy to workout and really bust my ass when I'm there. In fact, I come away feeling like a BEAST!
