It seems like every other protein Ive read about. Im a newbie, but I appreciate responses so Im going to respond to yours. It has 110 calories, and many others have 100, thats the only difference I really see. I use the body fortress whey protein from walmart and its label is nearly identical, yet its price is nearly half. If you have the income to spend that much on whey, Id say get a cheaper whey and some better supplements to add to it. being said that you understand diet and routine are extremely important above all else

thanks for the response spinman... as far as the price i can get a 2lb tub for 26 bucks shipped so the price isn't so bad. I've read up on the protein you suggested and it has decent reviews. But (and i don't mean to bad mouth it) it is a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate and whey isolate where as VP2 is 100% isolate which as i understand absorbs better.
The other brand(s) i'm looking at is Substance WPI and NOW foods whey protein isolate. I may consider trying one of theres

Well - it's nothing "fancy" or outta the ordinary for whey protein.
For that price, you could get 4lbs of trueproteins whey with added Waxy Mazie Starch (carbs) n that includes shipping too. Plus taste is great and service/shipping is very fast. Not a bad choice though with your current protein BUT when the tub is empty, i'd recommend ya look over at trueproteins stuff.
