Hey guys and gals,

New to the forum,great reading ,I am learning a ton.I am in hamilton ontario and on the look out for some Leucine powder.I looking for something that delivers at least 5 grams per dose.I am already using BCAA's and want to add a little extra Leucine to the mix to get it up around the 7-10 gm. mark.
I have tried Popeyes ,GNC and everywhere else I can think of.Can anyone recommend an outlet where I can get some please?
