Not trying to be offensive but thats some of the longest run-on sentences i've come across lol. Indeed, very hard to read.
If you get filled up, it's probably bc your eating alot at once. Try to spread your food consumption over 5-6 small meals - which will allow for your stomach and all else to break it down which also will allow you to eat more. The more you eat, the more you'll be able to eat. Eat small, eat healthy, and eat often my man...

Anyways, I cant say thats the case for him, but this is true for most cases. Taller BB'rs and people with long limbs have it harder as they have much more body space to fill out. |

Wiki is my friend:
The stone is a unit of weight. It is part of the Imperial system of weights and measures used in the British Isles, and formerly used in most Commonwealth countries. It is equal to 14 pounds and to 6.35029318 kilograms. So he's around 140 lbs. Eat, son. Worry about supps after you get your diet worked out.

easy one! to gain weight you need to concentrate on basic excercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench and military presses, work to your max(but dont bust a gut!) and you will fire up your metabolism so you can take on the extra calories, believe me you get it right and you will EAT!
