Hi all:
Just got back from my monthly Sams run and they have an EAS protien powder with aminos for $28 for 90 servings. I am currently taking Nitro-Tech hardcore but since I am not into body building just general fitness (a little size and definition) does it really make much difference for the money and what i am trying to achieve? I only use it for my post workout drink. Thanks for the feedback!! Cactus52

Yea, it helps with recovery. Everybody has their favorite drinks, protein poweders etc...EAS it's a bit pricy but the stuff has in it what's on the label so at least you get what you pay for!
