Yeah the pump is there, strength/endurance, probably not much else.
Technically in theory the stuff is suppose to improve blood flow (the pump) and when this happens, oxygen amongst other nurtrients are carried into the cells more faster and effective while the bad are carried out (carbon dioxide, lactic acid, stuff that prevent a muslce or cell from doing what your goal is, to get BIGGER.) Technically (again) a pump is where blood is rushing faster than your cells can keep up with. I for one loved No2 and had great workouts with it. Just too expensive to take often if not at all lol. Some ppl respond to these supplements different. For example, someone can take two different NO products and not get anything from one, and gain from the other. Some people claim they got all the stuff I experienced with NO2 with just cycling reg ole L-arg. I for one didn't respond at all with L-arg. I mean nothing from it. So try it out my man - L-arg is cheap stuff anyway. I'd up the dose though, 5+ grams atleast and yeah, before WO. edit - spelling errors corrected..
