Default Kre-Alkaline & Caffeine

I know the label on the bottle of kre-alkaline says not to mix with caffeine, but i've noticed some contradictions to this when reading the ingredients of things like "no-explode" and "superpump" which have mass quantities of both creatine and caffeine.

My question is that am I gonna hurt myself by mixing the 2 pre-workout?

I tried it today and had an amazing workout. But if it's gonna F**k me up than I don't wanna do it.

I think it has something to do with absorbtion of the product. I'd just take Kre-Alk over caffeine anyday.

If it worked than its probably fine. I'm pretty sure the main problem with having caffeine with other things is it inhibits the absorbtion of some nutrients.

nah theres not an issue, there are PLENTY of ECA/Creatine stacks that been yielded great results. I drank 5-6 cups of coffee while on CEE and Monohydrate.
