Yeah, today was freaking sweet. I had a killer chest workout. I was able to get 105's on incline, which was pretty freaking sweet. I don't know whether it was the White Blood or the fact that some guy who looked like De-bo, from Friday was working in a set with me, but I repped that like crazy..and I was apprehensive at first, thinking of asking for a spot, but hell no I didn't.
Talk about swole, the weigh in today (cause I like to every Sunday) was 181..Definetly from the amounts of water I consumed during this workout, but I can honestly say it all goes straight to the muscles being worked. I was SWOLE today. HaHa, I even overheard these 2 kids working out next to me say, "See, you gotta get strong like that" and point. HaHa. Today was just an awesome day. I can't say 100% if it was due to White Blood, but hey, I'll let you decide. Stay tuned. Tomorow is back day. I'm gonna tear it up hardcore. |

Sorry for not updating. I've been real busy finishing up with these finals. I still have one more and it's optional. That's right, optional.
Anyway, my workouts have been amazing. -Back day was a little sub par IMO, but I didn't eat lunch, got very little sleep and got some upsetting news. My lifts weren't as high up as they usually are, but the pump was definetly there. I'm loving these pumps.. Once again, I gotta say it all comes down to just how much water you drink. I'll fill up my Poland Spring bottle up to 12 times while at the gym. All that water goes straight to the muscles. -Shoulder/Trap day was awesome. I had the nastiest pump yesterday and I even racked that shoulder machine (yeah, machines are whack, but I had to wait a bit and wanted to keep blood in the muscles). My upright rows went up too. A very successfull day. I weighed myself after and I weighed in at 188lbs. A huge increase, but it was mostly water...I opted not to pee until I finished lifting. Okay, now for some stats. When: I take this product before leaving my house to go to the gym. It usually takes about 7-10 minutes to get there, in and lifting. Dosage: I take 3 pills as directed. Ingredients: ENO + Anti-Oxide Complex™ 2000mg * Arginine Ethyl Ester Di-HCL, Ornithine Ethyl Ester Di-HCL, L-Taurine (Free Form), K-R-ALA, Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Lutein, Folic Acid, Selenium (As L-Selenomethionine), Zeaxanthin, Cryptoxanthin, Alpha-Carotene. Ornithine Ethyl Ester (OEE): was added to the formula because of its synergistic effects with arginine. Like AEE, more OEE passes the digestive system more completely intact so that it can work more effectively at lower doses. OEE primarily increases muscle protein synthesis and makes your protein more effective due to increased uptake. OEE also increases the blood plasma level of arginine, thus contributing to even great nitric oxide stimulating effects. Last, but certainly not least, OEE can help stimulate the production of growth hormone (GH), which can lead to mass gains. High doses of ornithine consumption have been the cause for gastric discomfort, which is another great reason to esterfy it, so lower doses can be utilized efficiently. Free Form Taurine: was added to increase protein synthesis primarily. However, it also contributes as a muscle cell volumizer, by drawing and holding more water into the muscle tissue. This amino works in concert with the AEE and OEE and amplifies their effects. Antioxidants: were added to curb any of the free oxygen radicals that are left when the nitric oxide producing ingredients do their job. Nitric oxide works wonders in many ways, but is also leaves behind free radicals. We included the best antioxidants around to make sure that free radicals are "cleaned up" when the nitric oxide effects disperse. What Else: I'm not taking any other suppliments at the moment. Not even a multi-V. Just constantly eating. Stats: I'm 5'5" 181lbs. As far as max's go I haven't maxed out in a while, but upper body would be in 200's...Perhaps I'll max out next week and then once after I'm done with this product. Anything else you guys wanna know don't hesitate to ask. I'll try to update more frequently. |

I won't be able to go to the gym this week or for a while. Atleast until my hand is longer bruised...I got into a scuffle at Penn Station on the "drunk train" and the result is my hand being the size of a catchers mitt. I'll try and get back into the gym as soon as possible. I apologize for this.
