Quite right Jlo. Old school was that a loading phase was required to increase available creatine. Time and studies have shown that there is not a measurable difference if a person loads vs. a person that did not load.

You can only saturate something (in this case, muscle) 100%... unless you boil yourself or heat yourself in the big**s microwave.

Creatine loading is not needed IMO
I've front loaded in the past and now I just take it after workouts only....Honestly I like the way I feel better now than taking it daily I'm never tired in the gym...the stuff is awesome!

I moved away from creatine, never did much for me.
stranger: hey man, I bench 245lbs, how about you me: I bench 450 stranger: I take creatine me: I don't ...I walk away with beer in hand.
