Everyone here should go to Ryan's house and bake him a cake or something. I've never seen anyone at BB4U get crowned n the popularity of this man...

Been here since 2004!

Loading didn't make no difference for me. With creatine like CEE, Kre-alk, etc loading isn't necessary at all - even with monohydrate (IMO) loading is still not needed. Save your creatine!
