Default Any recommended Meal Replacement for Women?

Basically she is active in Tae-Bo and Body Combat.
Would L-Carnitine and L-Glutamine helpful? any recommendation in terms of brand?
How is Glutamine-SR by MHP?
How about meal replacement? Optimum Nutrition Meal Replacement Vs. Myoplex Lite Vs Met-RX?

Thank you in advance for sharing.

Haven't tried too many MRP, but Met-rx had some good tasting ones that were an ideal meal replcement with regards to it's nutritional content. Oh Yeah was a great tasting bar, forget the nutritional information.

L-carninate doesn't hurt to supplement. Glutamine doesn't hurt for recovery but a better product is a blend of branched amino's. I use some BCAA powder from SciFit.

Sounds like you got a girlfriend/bodyguard that can beat n bully people around for you. Send her to Ohio, i have some fools that need dealing with hahahaaa.

Welcome to BB4U as' well...

Nothing beats real food. But - if you must, the Optimum Nutrition ones aren't bad.

Why are you wanting a meal replacement? For weight loss or other reason? If it's weight loss, I would recommend changing the diet up first. Much more can be gained that way, and you will be more likely to stick with it.

BUMP.. Nothing beats clean solid FOOD!

I have 6-7 meals a day and try to keep them all at FOOD well except the last meal which will either be a protein shake or protein powder with ff yogurt.

You should probably post her diet to get better input.

As far as a meal replacement I personally replaced 2 meals with cinch. Look at my log. Lost lots of fat.

the Optimum Nutrition Lift Bars. They are good and have lots of protein to keep you full. I will also mix a protein shake when I am not able to eat a meal following a workout or anytime.
