It's hard to say because supplements supplement the diet and you didn't post that. You also didn't say what your goals are. I will say a couple things though....

1. I'm not a big fan of NO products
2. Is your multi-vit a 1 a day?
3. Let me know how the supernova works out for you.

Increase strength, gain weight.

Yes, the multivitamin is a one-a-day

Breakfast is usually either 3 eggs, toast or cereal with some water sometimes a PBJ

Lunch includes meat with pasta or rice

Dinner is a meat(chicken or beef) with vegetable and a starch

I, too, am not a big follower of NO products. I also wonder why you are taking 2 different NO products....Nitrox and SuperNova ?

If you want to gain size and strength, you need to eat more and more frequently, especially after viewing your diet.

I know i need to eat more but with my college schedule, work and other things its pretty much i eat what i can when i can. As far as two NO products, i take the caps in the morning and the supernova before my workout. My work out is about 5 hrs after my nitrox dosage.

You need more real food, and less supplements. You should shoot to eat between 5 and 6 meals a day. Pack your meals up the night before, and take 'em along with you if time is a premium.

Looks a little like overkill... Two NO products and creatine?

I would just cycle the creatine with either of the NO products OR just cycle them all seperately. Each (minus supernova cause I have not tried that or know much about it) of them supplements can produce a good n effective cycle running them alone.

Well i stopped taking NItrox all together. It came with the kre alk and the supernova in a bundle deal. But im definately seeing improvements in my strength and size. The kre alk and supernova seem to be a nice combo in the gym.

I am in the same boat as you, in college, 18+ semester hours, and working 25+ hours a week. I am also involved in some campus organizations, and i train 4 or 5 days a week. Its hard, but getting enough food isnt an issue when u take the time to do it. I understand its not easy, but its definitely possible, and if you are serious about your goals, its a necessity. Cook up a few lbs of chicken at a time, but tuna and chicken in cans, but some tortilla wraps..... whatver you need to do, i just carry tupperware around with me at school in my bag, and eat between classes. just make it work.

BINGO!

Set your watch to alarm at desired eating times as a reminder too.

I work 60 hrs a week, take 2 college classes, work out 5 days a week. Take care of my house, cars, pool, dog, etc. You can eat enough if you try.

Cook up 8-10 chicken breasts on Sunday - boil a dozen eggs, there you go. Quick protein meals throughout the week. You can do supplement bars, fruit, sliced veggies (carrots/broccoli/cauliflower) etc. for other quick meals.

With a weight of 137lbs., I almost feel compelled to sponsor you as a starving child and send you a monthly allowance of food money.

Seriously bro, you just need to EAT! Spend all that money you have on supps and buy some beef.

Ok dude... story time...

I too use to weight that much... I think it was November 2003 I weighted about 132 at 5'9".... I didn't lift ever and I ran at least 5 miles a day... sometimes 10... pure runner's body / ectomorph... had to be about 4% bf... I ate like a bird and/or ate very dirty... Then I met my now current wife... who home cooked and slowly got me up to about 147... plus I stopped running so much... that 147 was mostly bodyfat, but heck at least it was something.. In Oct 06, I started lifting 3 times a week and doing cardio again... In about 10 months, I took that 147 @ 14% BF to now 153 @ 10%... That is a recomp of 5lbs of fat to lbm + 6lbs of lbm added. Goal right now is about 160lbs at 8%... I still can't gain weight for sh*t, but I'm slowly rising... and I'd rather have muscle then fat...

Long story short.. your primary should be food, not supplements... Food first, supplements second... and that list of products is just too damn much to be taking... sure supplements help... but not as much as you think... they ain't magic... I know your tired of being skinny...but your going to get so tired of taking that crap every day that your going to just give up... take it slow... cut that list to about half or a quarter and save the rest for later... don't double up on the same type of products, like NO... it is just overkill...

Like i said i stopped the Nitrox all together. And im not that skinny. I do have muscle mass. And its not like i dont eat. I eat all the time, its just that my metabolism is so high it doesnt really make a difference. Ive been like that my whole life and only no since ive been lifting seriously for about a year have i been putting on muscle and some size. I used to be about 125 forever, it was this past year that i gained to 140, and now 137. I do appreciate all the advice and am taking into consideration.

If your stats are true at the bottom, 4.9% BF- you are damn near famished. Its incredibly unhealthy and unreasonable to have that low of a BF percentage all the time.

Thats a rough estimate. It may not be exact but i know that its low. Im not unhealthy, ive had great health all my life. My natural metabolism and genetics arent under my control but that doesnt make me unhealthy. My dad was a bean pole when he was my age, but my mom is short and stocky so thats where i get my muscle build from.
