Last week I drove for 16 hours straight and needed to stay awake through the night. I drank a large SOBE, a large Red Bull AND a small Red Bull and it didn't do sqat! So yesterday feeling tired, lazy and having a headache i didn't feel like working out and needed a lift to get me through it. I thought i would try something else more deseigned for working out. I read the Redline label where it said only drink half a can and not on an empty stomache. I thought yeah right and slamed the whole can in two chugs on an empty stomache. I followed it up with half a protein bar. WOW! This stuff is powerful; I had a great workout. I didn't like the jittery feeling I had after I was done and couldn't get to sleep that night, but the workout was great. Next time I will have only half a can. Is Redline more designed more for fat burning or enery? Anyone use this stuff routinely?

How could I know what's best? I just come on this board to learn from other's experiences. After all you are the all knowing YODA.

Redline was geared towards bodybuilders, but was marketed simply as an energy drink.
But as Yoda said, the directions are on the container for a reason. And if you can't follow the directions, don't bother using the product. Since it's full of stimulants, you can do some serious damage to yourself if you choose to abuse it (or any other energy drink/fat burner for that matter). How's this for a first post? I used this stuff two and a half to three years back and was hospitalized over night. It was my first time using it and I followed the directions and drank half of it. I ended up in the hospital with my heart beating at 225 bpm, my bp was really high too, although I forgot the exact number...I blacked out too. It was terrible. Just be carefull with this stuff....
It definetly works for energy, lol. |
