Hey guys, currently I'm taking 100% Whey from GNC. It contains 70 mg of cholesterol per scoop, and I take about 4 scoops per day (280 mg from just shakes). I realize that the cholesterol level of this whey is ridiculously high, but thats what I get for buying the cheap stuff. Anyway, my first question is, should I boot this protein and buy something with a lower cholesterol level or would it really matter? And secondly, am I relying too much on supplements, or too little even? I do take in about 170-200 grams of protein a day.
Any responses will help, I openly admit I'm a noob.
