Well the yr of 2006 I was hell bent on getting the body I wanted I was well im on way there until the wife had our baby and and since Feb of 07 ive ballooned from a solid 200lbs
Iam so ready to get back in that im starting this thread to ask after 5 months out of the gym what would be the best Supplements to start with?and is N02 black any better than the orginal? My personal fav was whey protien, N02, multi vitamins lots of water. 4 days in the Gym 2hrs each day. |

Might want to consider posting your routine in the training section and your diet in the nutrition section. Those things are 100x more important than any supplement you can take. Need to make sure you get those dialed in correctly and worry about supplementation later.
