Default What is the difference?
Between Scifit Kre-Alk softgels and Kre-Alk 1500? I believe its the fact that liquidgels are absorbed faster but im not too sure. Is there really a difference? Much appreciated.

The soft gels must be new, haven't seen them before. Be warned, if you have trouble with pills, the 1500 is a good size pill.
