Homemade Super Xtend

so i kinda looked into making like a bulk homemade version of Xtend, as it is a great supp and a staple in my supps now, but somewhat costly. so i looked into a bulk supply that would last about 50 days.

off nutraplanet

BCAAS 1 kilo-$35
Citrulline Malate 100g-$12
L Glutamine 500g-$13
L Taurine 500g-$10

first 3 are found in Xtend, while the taurine is extra if you like or choose not to, i would like it in.

doses:
BCAAS-20g a day
CM-2g a day
G-10g a day
T-10g a day

about $75 for 50 day supply, or at least the most cost effective way id use it.

so it has about the same amount BCAAS as Xtend, but 1g more CM, about 6g more Glutamine, and then taurine added in. Just a prototype of what the bulk verion of Xtend would look like, and actually kind of a Super version of Xtend.

forgot to mention its flavorless, but could add own flavor system if wanted.

so any opinions on this formula?

you try True protein to see if their custom mix is any cheaper ?

hm i checked it out and kinda played around with things, and came out to around the same price, but is mixed and put in a tub for you. kinda saves hassle of mixing everything eery serving lol

ok so iv done some exploring trueprotein.com. if i take the taurine outta the mix for good, then the bulk xtend supplies form nutraplanet would cost about 65 bux for 50 day supply. at truprotein, itd cost about 50 bux for a months supply. so i think ill go the route of doing it at nutraplanet.

jw, if neone knows, can u just mix it al together in one big as container and shake it to mix, or should i measure the amounts out from separate containers for each individual serving?
