Well my post are usually real long so I'm make this as short as possible lol. Ok I have been weight training and doing HIIT cardio for about an year and lose 80 pounds basically eating right and just drinking ON 100% Whey Protein. Way to much info on this thread real long READER BEWARE click here
So now I'm weighting at 220 and want to start trying other stuff I understand supplements or just that supplements. So I start reading about amino acids and such and I bought some L-arginine(500mg pill), L-Glutamine(4500g powder per serving), and BCAA's all from body tech vitamin shoppe brand one week ago and taking it according to when to take your supplements by Cammo thread. So I always knew about creatine but thought I can do without I been reading alot and people say is as essential as protein should I incorporate into my supplements and should I keep the amino's I bought? Also I been reading about ZMA I'm mostly interesting about the sleeping part of it (been having troubles sleeping lately) but also it helps you reach your peak natural test level so most sites say is safe for teenagers.Would it be fine for me to use it? I'm 17 by the way If I'm able to take all these things how would I balance it out it's so much! lol? Edit in-My Goals is being healthy, strength gain, and fat loss. ^Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it. So if I only take BCAA's would this look good to you?
60 Minutes Preworkout:L-Arg(5 grams) alone so it won't compete with anything 30 Minutes Preworkout:BCAA's(grams I'm a bit confused on since it has 3 amino's and I read is good to take 4-8 grams which one is it talking about?) again alone for it won't compete with anything 0-5 Minutes Preworkout: ON 100% Whey Protein(24 grams) with Wheat Bread and I guess if I take Creatine I will get it with the shake right? 0 Minutes Postworkout: BCAA's(4-8 grams)? 30 minutes Postworkout: ON 100% Whey Protein(48 grams) with Banana and Creatine with dextrose? |

Yeah just be sure to take your BCAA's before and then after workout. Creatine the same but I just took mine ALL after workout. The l-arginine i'd take with lunch or a meal or in the morning perhaps.
Drink alot of water while supplementing l-arginine.
