A few quick questions....morning workouts....
OK, I got a month before hittin the beach, had surgery on finger and ankle which screwed me up for a few weeks and I gotta get goin now! I do cardio 3x/week and weight 3x/week and I work out AN HOUR AFTER WAKING UP. Right now I do multivitamin, whey PWO and muscle milke before bed. I want to get back to mono creatine and bcaa's. How should I time the supp's ? I'm gonna load mono for the first week so should I do as soon as I wake up, immed. after workout, and then 2x during the day ? What about after the load phase, take 2x/day PWO than later afternoon or before and right after workout only? And how about the bcaa's, how should I time those and how much bcaa's (first time with them) ?
Also when I'm on vacation for a week I'm not working out at all, what should I continue taking for that week ?
6'2, 190, 37 yrs old, wanna bulk up, working out for a year now.
