Doesnt seem enough for me. It's all about science my friend. 1.5-2gms of protein per lbs of body weight or more. 1gram of carb per body weight. I wont suggest any fats because I really dont know how much RDA we need for that. It will be breakdown as 60% protein 30%carbs 10%fats. Now, if you have a target weight let's say 180lbs. you should be eating atleast 190-360grams of protein; 180-200grams carbs (yet again i wont suggest any fats) everyday. this will be breakdown into 5-6 meals. so that's 360gms of protein and 200grams of carbs divided by 6. you should be eating 60gms of protein and 34gms of carbs EVERY MEAL. Technically that's around 2 cans of tuna and half cup of rice. By the way every ounce of any meat or fish is equivalent to 7gms of protein. Hope this helps. Eat up! |

they all sound okay. i would still prefer the classic way of chuggin down supplements. Good protein powder, creatine, and a vasolidator like NO2. For me it targets your gains specifically. |
