Default Supplement problem

Hi, My name is Jon and I got a little problem. I bought whey protein supplement and I cant stand the smell and the feel. I mixed it with milk the other day and almost puked, Tried it with 100% oj and same thing though I was able to get down more then the first time.

I don't drink milk since it makes me vomit (something from the childhood) and it aint good with oj either. Is there anything else I can mix this supplement with? Could I mix it with my morning oat meal?

I toss a scoop of whey powder in with my oatmeal in the morning and post-workout. Makes it taste different but it certainly isn't gross.

Otherwise, I just mix it with water and chug it down. Tried it with milk once and that was rather nasty.

Ah the beauty of my 100% ON Whey - 10-12 oz of water and chug. No problem.

I love whey lol I just chug it all at once w/ out even thinking about the smell or taste. At first though it was hard for me to drink whey just suck it up and drink it, you'll get use to it.

Yeah, the ON is quite tasty. I almost always use milk too. Makes a nice "dessert" too.

Default A lot will disagree but......

I mix my WHEY with Soy Protein (2:1). It makes it thicker more like a real shake.

I've also noticed that it reduces the bad flavor.

I tried mixing WHEY straight and didn't enjoy it as much
