Default About Creatine or Any Supplement

I recently bought a "jug" of Creatine, it hasn't been opened yet, but I checked to see when it expired and it turns out it expired around 3 months a go. So my question is, when supplements like Creatine expire, do they just lose their taste or do they lose the "Nutrients" it's made of and won't benefit the person as much?

well if it was still sealed tightly chances are it's still good. Creatine n protein powder i'd say 4 months after expire is when you should pitch it or until other noticable things (smells bad, etc.)

However depending where you got it if you bought an product past expire they should refund the product.

I agree with virus...if it's unopened and you can take it back to where you got it and show them it's out of date, they should refund you or give you a new, non-expired, matching product.

Creatine as with any other supplement will deteriorate after time. However, I agree since its not been opened and you bought it recently, they should exchange it with a fresh, equivalent product.

If not, I would buy some new creatine. Creatine isnt that expensive and its always best to have fresher supplements.
