Default creatine mono noxplode mix?

I have just recently started taking no xplode and am quite pleased, but I am not sure about my off days. It says on the bottle to take another serving on off days, I'm assuming to keep creatine levels up. Id rather not take no xplode and just take creatine mono like I would on a normal creatine cycle with dextrose. Would that be any more or less beneficial than the no xplode for off days?

Looks like No-Explode uses a form of CEE... I can understand where you are going with the creatine, but might just want to use CEE instead... CEE has ester in it, which is suppose to help it absorb better in the body... therefore you would need less CEE than CM due to the absorption rate of them both...but, some people respond better to CEE, some to CM... whole lot of whatever...but what the heck do I know anyways....Personally I never really responded to either...

btw: your nutz are going to fall out of its sack.... j/k...

You are on the right track. While NO Xplode may contain CEE, its designed to be a pre-workout supplement. So only take it on training days before your workout. Dont take it on non-training days.

Go ahead and supplement with regular creatine monohydrate along with your NO Xplode. This will not be a problem. When I took NO Xplode, that is how I did it. I took the NO before my workout and regular creatine afterwards.
On non-training days, I just took creatine.

I read somewhere that a No-Xplode only has 1gram of creatine per scoop.

When I used it, I only used it on training days and still took my daily Creatine dose

I believe it takes the body 21 days to fully saturate with creatine, but you should notice something in the first week or so.
