Default Animal Pack Vitamins

I bought some of these today. I took 2 packs pre-workout. It was the best workout I have ever had. I had so much energy, and I was very explosive with all my lifts. My strength felt phenominal. Im not sure if it was the vitamins that made me feel that way, or if it was the 5g creatine mono, 4g arginine, 3/4 of a BSN endorush that tasted like sour coke.

Anyways, ill try to keep track of how good these vitamins are. Anybody else use them or used them in the past? Did you like it or not?

Im sure what made your workout was the creatine/arginine and endorush. I have taken Animal Pak. Its a good multi-vitamin, just pricey.

I payed $25 for 22/44 days worth, depending on if I take 1-2 packs a day. More than likely, I will take 2 on training days and 1 on off.

Had you been taking the other stuff already and the only thing you added were the vitamins? If you ONLY added the vitamins, then there should be no question that they helped.

Hard to gauge if something works when you add a bunch of stuff at one time man.

I always take arginine, and if it is a heavy day, creatine before workouts.

When i used them, i felt the same kind of thing. Theres more than just vitamins in there, look on the side of the can. I cant remember what it is, but one of the pills is a "pre workout enhancer" or something like that.
